Phase one of your home security or home automation project is the initial investment and installation process. To ensure the maximum lifespan of any system we provide, ongoing maintenance and support is essential. We offer a comprehensive, reliable and courteous maintenance and support package.
Our maintenance and support package will help to ensure that regular system checks take place in order to avoid unwanted malfunctions. A major benefit to this type of ongoing maintenance is that, where possible, you will be notified of any foreseeable defect or areas that may need attention in the future. This will will enable you to plan any further costs involved whilst giving you total peace of mind that your system is fully operational.

Due to our flexible approach, we are able to offer a level of support to suit your own budget requirements. Whether you need maintenance and support for a brand new system installed by us, or you have an existing system installed by someone else we can offer you the perfect support package.
Our regular maintenance agreement includes:
- One scheduled maintenance visit per annum (2 per year for a monitored alarm) so as to ensure your system continues working perfectly as delivered on commissioning.
- We are proud to offer one-year parts and labour warranty on all of our installations (unless otherwise stipulated in your contract) No call out fees during this time and any repairs or maintenance necessary outside of this warranty will be charged to you at your contracted rate.
